Welcome to Houses for Healing

Houses for Healing, is a special unique place in Abilene Texas that offers free housing for the IDF for recovery, rest, relaxation and rehabilitation. Houses for Healing offers free lodging for up to 3 months. Houses for Healing provides nice, clean, safe home-like place to stay to bless you and aid in peace of mind, spirit, soul and body. This is a free gift, by the goodness and grace of God, offered and in service to all the IDF. This free gift of service is made possible by much prayer, miracles, God and many believers in the God of Israel, working together, giving and serving in unity.

We love and support Israel here in Texas and at Houses for Healing. We look forward to helping and serving you. All and any IDF can come stay with us, as is available on our end. You can apply and send us an application to get the process started. We look forward to your stay.

Our houses are small houses just under 400 sq feet with a fully functional Kitchen, full sized Refrigerator, Range, Microwave, Shower, Queen-Sized Bed, Reclining Loveseat, Dining Table and Chairs, Large Smart TV, Inernet, Consumables Such as Paper Plates, Cutlery, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Etc. Are Provided

Attractions

Aillene Texas has various attractions and activities including the Abilene Zoo, Texas Frontier Museum, The Antique Station, Center for Contemporary Arts, The Grace Museum, Adamson-Spalding Storybook Garden and many nice parks including the Redbud Park which is a prairie dog preserve. There are many great places to eat in Abilene. Houses for Healing has some nice Biblical Monuments on site, including Mount Sinai and a Mayim Chaim Mikvah.
